3^rd Floor East Wing Kitchen Area

3^rd Floor East Wing is where Corporate Mid-Market and Finance reside:

· Finance is made up of the following teams

o Sales Ledger – responsible for generating and sending out product & service invoices to customers and chasing payments

o Accounts teams – responsible for management of Zen accounts, paying suppliers, wages etc.

· Corporate Mid-Market Includes;

o Sales – includes Telesales, Desk based Account Managers and Business Development Managers & Sales Support

o Operations- Service Desk, Second Line & Network Engineering -

o Customer Solutions Architects – design the bespoke customer solutions

o Project Management – project manage

o Cloud & Hosting – look after our cloud and hosting services

o Provisioning – look after product & service orders once they have been placed and manage them through to completion including managing any exceptions

o Technical Support – deal with customers technical issues regarding their phone line and broadband services.

o Systems Development – satellite teams who look after system changes and integration
